(1 山東建筑大學(xué)建筑結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定加固與改造山東省重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,濟(jì)南 251010;2 清華大學(xué)土木工程系,北京 100084;3 山東建大工程鑒定加固研究所,濟(jì)南 250014;4 山東航空股份有限公司,濟(jì)南250014)[摘要] 針對(duì)某綜合辦公樓豎向承載力不足及水平抗震性能較差,采用了同時(shí)增設(shè)鋼柱與消能減震支撐聯(lián)合加固的方法,消能減震支撐由鋼支撐、粘滯阻尼器和橡膠支座組成。增加的鋼柱解決了豎向承載力不足的問題,消能減震支撐有效減小了結(jié)構(gòu)的扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng),并使得結(jié)構(gòu)地震作用下水平變形減小且趨于均勻。分別討論了多遇地震及罕遇地震作用下,消能減震建筑的附加阻尼比計(jì)算方法,作為工程設(shè)計(jì)參考。

It shows that the steel column can solve the problem of inefficiency of the vertical bearing capacity and the energy dissipation bracing can reduce the torsion effect of the structure. The horizontal displacements of the stories are decreased and the distribution attends to uniform among the different stories with the viscous dampers. The addition damp ratio due to the viscous dampers are calculated under the frequently and rare earthquakes separately, which can be the reference for the engineering design.
