(南京金宸建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司,南京 210019)[摘要] 高烈度區(qū)的高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)方案直接影響到建筑功能的可行性,常需要采取消能減震措施才能有效優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的布置和尺寸。消能減震設(shè)計(jì)方法將傳統(tǒng)的延性抗震設(shè)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橥ㄟ^阻尼耗能實(shí)現(xiàn)減震目的,通過附加合適的阻尼裝置使得結(jié)構(gòu)在抗震性能和經(jīng)濟(jì)性達(dá)到較優(yōu)配置。通過軟鋼阻尼墻在高烈度區(qū)某工程中的應(yīng)用,比較分析結(jié)構(gòu)在減震前后地震作用下的反應(yīng)特性,驗(yàn)證軟鋼阻尼墻的減震效果,探討消能減震設(shè)計(jì)思路和方法。

( Nanjing Kingdom Architecture Design Co., Ltd., Nanjing 210019, China)Abstract: Because the feasibility of the construction features is been affected directly by the structural scheme of high-rise Huldings on the zone oflugh seismic precautionary intensity, energy-dissipation measures are often necessary to be applied to effectively optimize the layout and dimensions of structural elements. Damps' energy-dissipation purpose is realized by the energy-dissipation design method in the traditional ductility design, achieving the optimum configuration between the seismic performance and economy through adding suitable damping devices in buildings. Energy-dissipation design method was studied according to the application of mild-steel damper-wall, whose energy-dissipation effect been verified, in a building on the zone of lugh seismic precautionary intensity. The response characteristics of the structure of the shock absorption before and after the earthquake were compared.
