（中冶京誠工程技術(shù)有限公司，北京 100053）[摘要] 對剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工圖設(shè)計文件審查過程中經(jīng)常遇到的一些問題歸納為五個方面：剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的規(guī)則性和地震作用計算；結(jié)構(gòu)計算的合理性；剪力墻截面設(shè)計的一些構(gòu)造要求；結(jié)構(gòu)嵌固端和底部加強部位；底部加強部位邊緣構(gòu)件的設(shè)置要求等。并分別提出了處理方法和需要注意的地方。此外著重對結(jié)構(gòu)平面凹凸不規(guī)則、結(jié)構(gòu)扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、計算參數(shù)的合理取用、連梁超筋處理等問題作了較為詳細的闡述。設(shè)計人員可從中總結(jié)經(jīng)驗以提高設(shè)計質(zhì)量，保證結(jié)構(gòu)的安全合理性。

( Capital Engineering ＆Research Incorporation Limited, Beijing 100053, China)Abstract: Some common problems often met in the shop drawing checking of shear wall structure are analyzed, wluch are divided into five aspects: the rules of the shear wall structure and seismic calculation; rationality of structural calculations; construction requirements of shear wall cross-sectio design; partial fixing and reinforced part at the bottom; requirements for edge member at reinforced part at the bottom. The treatment methods are put forward. In addition, plane concave-convex irregularity, torsion irregularity, reasonable calculation parameters, treatment for over-reinforced coupling beam, and so on, are elaborated. Some experiences can be summarized to improve the design quality and guarantee the structure safety.
