轉(zhuǎn)位移比的方法和相關(guān)影響進(jìn)行討論，對規(guī)定水平力的應(yīng)用方法提出了質(zhì)疑，并結(jié)合項(xiàng)目做了說明。

The method of calculation process of torsional story-drift ratio and the related effects were discussed. Application of specified horizontal force was challenged, and explanation combined with a project was given.
