[摘要] 工程包括11層主樓，4層裙樓，1層地下室及部分倉儲(chǔ)夾層。在11層樓面，局部收進(jìn)的水平尺寸大于相鄰下一層的35%，屬豎向不規(guī)則的超限高層建筑。通過采取相應(yīng)的結(jié)構(gòu)措施，減小不規(guī)則對建筑的不利影響。

Abstract: The project includes a ll-layer main building, 4-layer foundation and l basement floor. Local income level is 35% smaller than the size of the next layer on the llul floor of the main building.It's a tall building beyond the scope of design codes about vertical irregularity. By adopting the corresponding structural measures, the adverse effect of the irregular building is reduced.
