（深圳市筑博工程設計有限公司北京分公司，北京 100013）[摘要] 三河文化中心是集文化、體育、娛樂于一體的公建綜合體。劇院結構體型復雜、結構空曠、樓板不連續(xù)、結構扭轉效應大，通過準確的模擬計算，采取抗震措施和概念性設計加強來控制上述問題。劇院觀眾廳樓座的長懸挑、屋頂?shù)拇罂缍阮A應力井字梁以及臺口的預應力混凝土大梁設計是結構的設計難點，對此分別進行了介紹，為類似工程提供借鑒。

It is a Hulding with many irregular characteristics such as structural hollowness, floor discontinuous, huge torsion effect. By accurate simulation, seisrmc measures and concept design were adopted to control the questions. The design of suspension beams of balcony in auditorium, long span prestressed cross-beams on proof and the big prestressed beam on stage were introduced respectively. The design experience will be good references for sinular project.
