（上海建筑設計研究院有限公司，上海 200041）[摘要] 義烏三鼎廣場由2棟獨立塔樓組成，其中萬豪酒店為框架．核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系，開元酒店為框架．剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系；裙房屋頂均設游泳池采用大跨度預應力梁支承，地下4層深基坑，抗浮設計結(jié)合當?shù)亟?jīng)驗采取抗拔巖層錨桿。

The Mamott Hotelis a frame-corewall structure, the New-century Hotelis a frame-shearwall structure. Podium roofs are equipped with swimming pools which are supported by large span prestressed beams. Deep foundation pit is 4 floors deep. Basis on the local experience, uplift anchors are used to resist the buoyant force.
