(南京城鎮(zhèn)建筑設計咨詢有限公司,南京 210036)[摘要] 銀城廣場總高度80m,由主樓和輔樓兩部分組成。主要介紹該工程的地基基礎設計、主樓部分的結(jié)構(gòu)形式和設計特點,研究結(jié)構(gòu)的整體抗震性能,合理選擇計算模型,對計算結(jié)果分析比較。針對結(jié)構(gòu)設計中遇到的地下室超長、樁基礎內(nèi)埋管、局部轉(zhuǎn)換、吊柱等關鍵技術問題進行認真的分析,并提出解決方法及加強措施。

The engineering foundation design and the design characteristics of the main part were introduced, the seismic performance of the overall structure was studied, and calculation models were reasonable selected. The calculation results was analyzed and compared. Some key technical problems were seriously analyzed such as the structural design of super long basement, encountered in pile foundation embedded pipes, partial conversion, and davit and so on, and puts forward the solving methods and strengtheTcung measure were put forward.
