(深圳市筑博建筑工程設(shè)計(jì)有限公司北京分公司,北京 100013)[摘要] 北京保利望京國(guó)際廣場(chǎng),I2單體建筑高度78. 9m,采用框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系。項(xiàng)目具有首層、2層外框架柱為鋼筋混凝土斜柱,建筑兩側(cè)分別設(shè)置10層和7層通高共享式中庭,單片幕墻懸掛高度最大33m, 4~8層在中庭部分設(shè)有懸挑式螺旋鋼樓梯等特點(diǎn)。介紹T2單體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的若干問(wèn)題,包括結(jié)構(gòu)選型、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)、斜柱設(shè)計(jì)等問(wèn)題的分析與處理。

Construction features: the first and second floor of the outer frame columns are reinforced concrete inclined column. Both sides of the building are respectively provided with 10 floor and 7 floor through high sharing atrium, the glass screen wall hanging height maximum is 33m. Fourth to eighth floor are provided with a cantilevered spiral steel stairs. The T2 structural design, including the structure type selection, foundation design, inclined column design and some other problems analysis and processing were introduced.
