(上海弘城國(guó)際建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司,上海 200082)[摘要] 寧波維科辦公樓為平面不規(guī)則的超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)。針對(duì)平面樓板開洞、平面凹進(jìn)、扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則等主要超限特點(diǎn),通過(guò)多模型、多軟件的比較分析、彈性時(shí)程分析及在三水準(zhǔn)下對(duì)關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件進(jìn)行抗震性能化分析,并針對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)采取相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和措施。分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)具有充分的抗震能力。

According to the out-of-codes characteristics of the project, such as floor with opening,floor backoff and torsional irregularity,comparison and analysis based on multi-model using different analysis programs were applied as well as elastic time-lustor}r analysis and the performance-based seismic design of the three-level fortification. Proper treatments and measures were also used for the weakness of the structure. The results show that the structure has sufficient seismic capacity.
