(上海現(xiàn)代建筑設(shè)計(jì)集團(tuán)工程建設(shè)咨詢有限公司,上海 200070)[摘要] 江陰市某超限超高層建筑高243m,采用了框架.核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,外框架采用型鋼混凝土柱。簡(jiǎn)要介紹了該工程的特點(diǎn)和結(jié)構(gòu)布置,并系統(tǒng)地闡述了結(jié)合場(chǎng)地安評(píng)報(bào)告和風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行的抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)及抗風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)。文中探討的相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法可為該類結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。

It adopts the frame-core wall structure with steel reinforced concrete columns used in the periphery. The structural characteristic and structural arrangement of this project were briefly introduced in the paper. Besides, the performance-based seismic design and the wind-resistant design, with the help of the seismic safety evaluation report for engineering site and the wind tunnel test, were elaborated. The relevant design method discussed would provide a reference for the similar structure.
