核電站抗震設(shè)計(jì)與加固改造中應(yīng)用概念設(shè)計(jì)理念的若干建議

[摘要] 針對核電站結(jié)構(gòu)在地震中出現(xiàn)的一些問題,基于概念設(shè)計(jì)理念,對設(shè)計(jì)和加固改造核電站提出若干建議,包括:合理布局、多道設(shè)防、加強(qiáng)連接、明確簡圖、應(yīng)用結(jié)構(gòu)控制技術(shù)和振動(dòng)損傷判別檢測技術(shù)等等。還提出了若干具體做法,如:把安全殼等做成地下雙層結(jié)構(gòu)、將有關(guān)靜定結(jié)構(gòu)與構(gòu)件改為超靜定結(jié)構(gòu)、分割結(jié)構(gòu)體系使計(jì)算簡圖簡單化、簡化傳力路徑、調(diào)整相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)量與剛度、強(qiáng)化主結(jié)構(gòu)弱化次結(jié)構(gòu)、弱化連接避免耦聯(lián)、調(diào)節(jié)布局改變結(jié)構(gòu)振型以減小響應(yīng)、采用隔振技術(shù)與阻尼技術(shù)、應(yīng)用損傷識別與診斷技術(shù)等等。

Some suggestions of applying seismic concept design idea for designand retrofit of nuclear power plants

Abstract: For problems appearing in the earthquake, some suggestions on design and retrofit of nuclear power plants were put forward based on concept design idea. The suggestions involves reasonable layout, multi-channel fortification, strengthening the connection, clear diagram, applying structure control technology and vibration damage detection technology etc.. Some concrete methods were also put forward, such as making containing vessel as a two-layer underground structure, changing the statically detenmnate structure to the statically indeterminate ones, simplifying calculating diagram by dividing structure system, adjusting the mass and stiffness of structure related, strengthening the main structure, weakening subordinate structure, optimizing vibration mode by adjusting the layout to reduce response, applying vibration isolation and damper technology, applying structural damage identification and diagnosis technology, and so on.
