(1 浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)建筑工程學(xué)院,杭州 310014;2 浙江工業(yè)大學(xué)建筑規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司,杭州 310014)[摘要] 通過(guò)對(duì)不同模型進(jìn)行地震加速度非線(xiàn)性時(shí)程分析,觀察了底層內(nèi)部框架外圍磚砌體結(jié)構(gòu)農(nóng)居各構(gòu)件在地震作用下的應(yīng)力變化,并指出門(mén)窗洞口角點(diǎn)位置、窗間墻、窗肚墻及底層框架柱是其抗震薄弱環(huán)節(jié),探討了圈梁和構(gòu)造柱對(duì)房屋抗震能力的提高作用。研究成果為該類(lèi)農(nóng)居抗震性能的進(jìn)一步研究及抗震加固提供參考。

(1 College of Civil Engineering, Zhejiang University of Technology, Hangzhou 310014, China; 2 Architectural and Planning Design&Research Institute Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Uruversity of Technology, Hangzhou 310014, China)Abstract: By the FEM analysis on the elastoplastic dynamic about a rural housing with hybrid structure, we observedstress variation of the rural housing under the earthquake excitation, and found that the comers of the doors and windows, walls between windows, the window belly wall and columns of bottom frame are the weak parts, and analyzed the ring beams and constructional columns' enhancement of the house' aseismic capacity. The results have certain value for fruther study and seismic reinforcement.
