新版結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范和超限審查若干問(wèn)題探討

楊學(xué)林(浙江省建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院, 杭州 310006)[摘要]新修訂的《建筑抗震設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50011—2010)、《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50010—2010)、《高層建筑混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》(JGJ 3—2010)已陸續(xù)發(fā)布和實(shí)施。全國(guó)《超限高層建筑工程抗震設(shè)防專項(xiàng)審查技術(shù)要點(diǎn)》(建質(zhì)[2010]109號(hào))也已于2010年修訂和實(shí)施。在新版結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范使用過(guò)程中,仍發(fā)現(xiàn)存在一些感到疑惑的問(wèn)題或值得探討的方面,如相鄰樓層剛度比計(jì)算的問(wèn)題、框-剪結(jié)構(gòu)中剪力墻數(shù)量及設(shè)計(jì)方法的問(wèn)題、混合結(jié)構(gòu)框架-核心筒和筒中筒的界限問(wèn)題、剛重比計(jì)算指標(biāo)與重力二階效應(yīng)的問(wèn)題、“地震安評(píng)”的問(wèn)題、加強(qiáng)層斜撐和相鄰樓層受剪承載力比計(jì)算的問(wèn)題、結(jié)構(gòu)扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則和塔樓偏置的問(wèn)題等,這里一并提出來(lái),供大家討論。[關(guān)鍵詞]結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范;超限審查;樓層剛度比;地震安評(píng);剛重比;整體穩(wěn)定;樓層受剪承載力中圖分類號(hào):TU-318-文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:D文章編號(hào):1002-48X(2012)08-157-5Discussion on some problems about new revised structure codes and review of buildings exceeding code limitsYang Xuelin(Zhejiang Province Institute of Architectural Design and Research, Hangzhou 310006, China)Abstract: New revised Code for seismic design of buildings (GB 50011—2010), Code for design of concrete structures(GB 50010—2010), and Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building (JGJ 3—2010) have been released and implemented one after another, so is Technique for special review of high-rise building’s seismic fortification (construction quality [2010] No.109). Some problems are found when projects are designed according these codes, such as adjacent storey stiffness ratio calculation, design method for frame-shear wall structure with a small amount of shear wall, the boundary of frame-core wall structure and tube in tube structure, rigid-weight ratio calculation index and gravity two order effect, problem of seismic safety evaluation, adjacent floor shear bearing capacity calculation, structural torsion irregularity and towers bias, and so on.
