［摘要］杭州市中心某工程地下室緊貼用地紅線，周邊為重要市政道路及諸多淺基礎(chǔ)建筑物。該工程原設(shè)二層地下室，采用地下連續(xù)墻（二墻合一）結(jié)合兩道鋼筋混凝土內(nèi)支撐的圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)。地下連續(xù)墻、工程樁、支撐豎向立柱施工完畢后，地下室調(diào)整為三層，基坑開(kāi)挖深度加深了4m。地下室加深后，已經(jīng)施工完畢的地下連續(xù)墻插入深度不足以滿足最新的開(kāi)挖深度要求，且原有豎向鋼立柱底標(biāo)高高于地下室底板面標(biāo)高，鋼立柱底部懸空。介紹了地下室增層后的圍護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)措施、施工過(guò)程以及監(jiān)測(cè)成果，分析了地下室加深后的基坑變形性狀。工程的實(shí)踐表明，合理地確定新增地下空間范圍是地下室增層圍護(hù)的關(guān)鍵，組合式的支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)可通過(guò)合理地分解措施，簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算模型。

Abstract: Surrounded by important roads and shallow foundation buildings, the foundation pit of a project in Hangzhou with 2-layers basement had been designed to be retained by diaphragm walls combined with concrete struts. When the construction of diaphragm walls, foundation piles and steel lattice columns were finished, the basement layers were changed to 3-The finished diaphragm walls and steel lattice columns were not deep enough for the new foundation pit. The modified retaining structure, construction process, and field monitoring data are introduced, deformation behavior of foundation pit during excavation is given. It shows that the reasonable range of the third basement layer is very important for the modified design, and simplified model can be used to analyze the combined retaining structure.
