杭州國大·城市廣場五層地下室深基坑圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

楊學(xué)林，曹國強，周平槐，童磊（浙江省建筑設(shè)計研究院， 杭州 310006）［摘要］國大·城市廣場地處杭州市最繁華的商業(yè)中心武林廣場地段，地下室五層，基坑開挖深度達(dá)28.～32.m，為目前浙江地區(qū)軟土地基中最深的建筑基坑工程。基坑周邊建筑物、地下構(gòu)筑物、市政管線密集，場地內(nèi)存在大量廢棄的預(yù)制樁和鉆孔灌注樁需處理，同時還需要提出將老地下室的一部分鑿除后與新的五層地下室連接的多種工藝。詳細(xì)介紹了五層地下室深基坑圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計思路,各種疑難問題的技術(shù)處理對策，并利用有限元分析計算了開挖過程中對相鄰延安路下穿地鐵盾構(gòu)隧道的影響,可供類似工程設(shè)計參考。［關(guān)鍵詞］軟土地基；五層地下室；超深基坑；圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)；地下連續(xù)墻；盾構(gòu)保護(hù)中圖分類號：TU 941文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A文章編號：1002-848X(2012)08-0094-05Design of deep foundation pit support for five-storey basement under Guoda City Square in HangzhouYang Xuelin, Cao Guoqiang, Zhou Pinghuai, Tong Lei( Zhejiang Province Institute of Architectural Design and Research, Hangzhou 310006, China)Abstract: Guoda City Square is located at Wulin Square, the downtown district of Hangzhou. The basement, encircled by crowded buildings, underground structures, and municipal pipelines, has five stories, and the excavation depth is 28.～32.m which is the deepest soft soil foundation pit in Zhejiang area. There are lots of abandoned precast piles and csat-in-site piles which must be handled. Moreover part of the old close basement must be chiseled off in order to connect the new basement. Design method of this five-story basement is presented, including those technical measures to all difficult problems.
