高層鋼筋混凝土框架/混合框架-核心筒體系技術(shù)經(jīng)濟比較

周紅梅,葉甲淳,謝忠良(浙江省建筑設(shè)計研究院,杭州 310006)[摘要]選擇高度為118,150,177m的三個工程實例,分別采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系和混合框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系進(jìn)行設(shè)計和計算,對兩種結(jié)構(gòu)體系進(jìn)行了技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟兩方面的對比和分析。探討了兩種結(jié)構(gòu)體系隨高度增加顯現(xiàn)出的規(guī)律和經(jīng)驗。對比結(jié)果顯示:混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系的結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)量減小20%,風(fēng)載效應(yīng)增大10%,地震效應(yīng)減小15%~25%,工程總造價增加10%~12%,有效使用面積和樓層凈高度增加、施工速度更快、抗震性能好,綜合而言,混合框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系具有一定優(yōu)勢。[關(guān)鍵詞]鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒;混合框架-核心筒;鋼管混凝土柱;雙重抗側(cè)力體系; 技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟對比中圖分類號:TU 971文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2012)08-0073-05Technological and economic comparison of RC/SRC frame-concrete core tube structure of super high-rise strcuture systemsZhou Hongmei, Ye Jiachun, Xie Zhongliang(Zhejiang Province Institute of Architectural Design and Research, Hangzhou 310006, China)Abstract: Three construction projects in the height of 118m, 150m and 177m were designed and calculated on the basis of RC frame-core tube structure and SRC mixed frame-RC core tube structure. Comparison and analysis in the aspects of technology and economy to those two structure systems have been made, meanwhile the arising regular manners with the rising structural heights have been discussed. Comparing with RC structure systems, the results show that the weight of the SRC mixed structure decreased by 20%, the effect of wind loads increased by 10%, the effect of seismic load reduced by 15%~25%,the total project cost increased by 10%~12%. And also the effective using area and height is increased, the construction speed is faster, seismic performance is good.
