［摘要］杭州亞包大廈是一大底盤雙塔結(jié)構(gòu)，地下三層，地上45層，雙塔相連的裙房7層，總高度179.9m；地上結(jié)構(gòu)總長(zhǎng)130.3m，總寬77.9m。工程采用鋼筋混凝土框架核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)。由于雙塔距離較近，規(guī)范中無(wú)相應(yīng)的風(fēng)振體型系數(shù)，通過風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)得出了考慮相互影響的風(fēng)振體型系數(shù)（1.55）。對(duì)裙房部位大跨度（25.5m）桁架梁抬柱進(jìn)行了多個(gè)模型的計(jì)算對(duì)比，考慮了參與高層整體水平力作用的混凝土桁架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。采用整體模型進(jìn)行分析，得出了復(fù)雜雙塔結(jié)構(gòu)的周期、位移、剛度比等結(jié)構(gòu)特性。

Abstract: Hangzhou Yabao Square are two tower super high-rise buildings with 45 floors, 179.9 meters height. The 3 floors base dimension with 130.3m× 77.9m. It is the concrete frame core structure. The coefficient of structure in the wind was obtained by the wind tunnel test. The concrete truss is used to solve the conflict of large span with low height. The horizontal loads(wind and earthquake action) are considered by the multi models comparison in the design of the concrete truss. The indices of the building are presented such as period, displacement and rigidity etc.
