蘭州紅樓時(shí)代廣場施工模擬與混凝土收縮和徐變效應(yīng)分析

占毅,楊學(xué)林,李曉良,周平槐(浙江省建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院,杭州 310006)[摘要]在蘭州紅樓時(shí)代廣場施工過程模擬的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)主樓高層框架柱與鋼筋混凝土筒體的豎向變形及豎向變形差異隨時(shí)間和空間的變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行分析。在分析中采用時(shí)間依存累加模型,在混凝土特性中考慮徐變、收縮和強(qiáng)度增長,并計(jì)入部分構(gòu)件(如加強(qiáng)層伸臂桁架)延時(shí)安裝對(duì)整體模型的影響。并比較不同加載模式、框架梁梁端與核心筒不同連接方式對(duì)豎向變形的影響等。分析表明,工程施工完畢時(shí),核心筒筒體徐變變形占總變形的40%以上,并在使用階段繼續(xù)增長;徐變收縮增加了高層框架柱的軸力及豎向變形,也使得核心筒墻肢軸向力均有不同程度的減??;采用核心筒與框架梁鉸接的形式大大減小了核心筒與周邊框架之間因豎向變形差異產(chǎn)生的附加內(nèi)力,也使得施工期間核心筒與周邊框架分別承擔(dān)豎向荷載的分擔(dān)率基本保持不變。[關(guān)鍵詞]超高層建筑;豎向變形差;時(shí)間依存累加模型;混凝土;徐變收縮;加載模式; 施工模擬中圖分類號(hào):TU 974文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2012)08-0056-06Simulation of construction and concrete shrinkage and creep effects for Lanzhou Honglou Times SquareZhan Yi, Yang Xuelin, Li Xiaoliang, Zhou Pinghuai(Zhejiang Province Institute of Architectural Design and Research, Hangzhou 310006, China)Abstract: Based on the construction simulation analysis for Lanzhou Honglou Times Square, it focus on the principle of the differential shortening between columns and core-wall depending on the change of time and location. Adopting sequential construction load model, the simulation analysis considers concrete shrinkage and creep effect. It also calculates the effect of installations delay of some parts of structural components and compares the influence of different load patterns and frame beam-core wall connection modes towards vertical deformation. Results show the deformation caused by concrete creep will account for more than 40% of total vertical deformation of core-wall when the construction phase finish. And it will continue to increase during use period. The concrete shrinkage and creep effects cause the decrease of axial forces in core-wall and the increase of vertical deformation and axial forces in column in the same time.
