摘要]蘭州紅樓時(shí)代廣場(chǎng)地下3層,地上56層,結(jié)構(gòu)高度245.60m,采用“矩形鋼管混凝土柱-鋼梁-鋼筋混凝土樓板-鋼骨混凝土核心筒”結(jié)構(gòu)體系。通過對(duì)比分析,裙房和塔樓之間不設(shè)縫,設(shè)置2道加強(qiáng)層,伸臂桁架和腰桁架均采用普通鋼支撐。采用SATWE,ETABS和MIDAS/Gen等軟件進(jìn)行了小震彈性計(jì)算,并比較了安評(píng)報(bào)告與規(guī)范不同的動(dòng)參數(shù)取值所對(duì)應(yīng)的不同結(jié)果。結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)的周期比、層間位移角、樓板舒適度等均滿足規(guī)范要求。進(jìn)行彈性動(dòng)力時(shí)程分析時(shí)選用七條地震波。核心筒與外框架之間沉降差異會(huì)在平面梁中產(chǎn)生較大的附加應(yīng)力。對(duì)屋頂斜柱的三種典型節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了的有限元分析結(jié)果表明,節(jié)點(diǎn)應(yīng)力較小,沒有出現(xiàn)應(yīng)力集中現(xiàn)象。

Design on out-of-code high-rise buildings of Honglou Times Square in Lanzhou

Abstract: Honglou Times Square in Lanzhou comprises three levels of basement and 56 stories above grade. It’s 245.60m high. The structure system are composed by concrete-filled rectangular steel tube columns steel beams, concrete floors and steel reinforced concrete core, without seismic joint between the tower and the podium. Two strengthened-stories with outriggers and belt trusses are installed which adopt ordinary steel braces. Ground motion parameters from the seismic hazard report for this site and from the code are compared, also do the results accordingly. Programs such as SATWE, ETABS and MIDAS/Gen were used to analyze the structure performance under small earthquake and elastic time-history action by seven seismic waves. The results show that the period ratio, inter-story drift ratios, comfort requirement of floors and so on, are satisfied the limits of the code. Additional stress will be caused by the settlement difference between the tube and frame. Moreover, three typical declining-column nodes were analyzed by the finite element method, and accordingly they are at low stress level.
