南太湖濕地奧體公園游泳館屋蓋鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

摘要]南太湖濕地奧體公園游泳館屋蓋東西對(duì)稱,屋蓋曲面依建筑造型確定。采用變截面箱型鋼梁結(jié)構(gòu)體系,最大跨度為56.8m,兩側(cè)懸挑最大跨度為28.7m,入口處最大懸挑跨度為21.0m。選擇其中跨度最大的一榀鋼曲梁,比較梁?jiǎn)卧P秃桶鍐卧P徒S?jì)算的異同,然后用梁?jiǎn)卧⒄w分析模型,分析比較了屋面鋼結(jié)構(gòu)單體模型和上下部分總裝模型計(jì)算結(jié)果的不同。結(jié)果表明,因建筑效果而設(shè)置的中間兩榀縱向鋼梁,由于跨度過(guò)大而無(wú)法作為橫向鋼梁的支承點(diǎn);設(shè)置加勁板可有效提高翼緣或者腹板抵抗局部屈曲的能力;因?yàn)閱误w模型中已包含鋼柱,且屋蓋與下部混凝土僅通過(guò)16根立柱相連,所以鋼結(jié)構(gòu)單體模型和上下總裝模型的結(jié)果相近。

Structural design on steel roof of the natatorium in Nantai Lake Olympic Wetland Park

Abstract: The steel roof of the natatorium in Nantai Lake Olympic Wetland Park is on west-east symmetry, which is determined by the architectural modeling. The roof is composed by variable cross-section steel beam with box shape system, and the maximum span is 56.8m long, with the 28.7m cantilever span in the both sides and 21.0m in the entrance. The beam element and the shell element model of the longest-span beam are created respectively and the results are compared. In addition, both the roof structure by the beam element and the whole structure including the below concrete structure are modeled. Because of the long span, the two middle longitudinal beams set according to the architectural shape can not support the transverse beams. The capacity of flanges and webs to resist local buckling is improved significantly by the stiffened plates. For roof structure including the 16 columns, the results of two structural models are quite close.
