（北京工業(yè)大學工程抗震與結構診治北京市重點實驗室，北京 100124）[摘要] 近年來，基于性能的抗震設計理論、方法及應用越來越廣泛，有關靜力彈塑性理論的研究與工程實踐也在增加。闡述了關于靜力彈塑性分析思想的由來與發(fā)展及其基本概念，簡要回顧了靜力彈塑性發(fā)展的過程和國內外研究狀況，總結了現(xiàn)階段研究的不足并提出新的研究目內容和抗震設計方法。

The origin, development and basic concepts of Pushover analysis were involved. The developing process and research status of the analysis of the static elastic-plastic at home and abroad were reviewed briefly. Then the deficiency of research status is summarized and the new research contents are put forward.
