(南京金宸建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司,南京 210019)[摘要] 全鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)中設(shè)置偏心支撐的結(jié)構(gòu)體系比較適用于抗震設(shè)防高烈度區(qū),但受業(yè)主的傳統(tǒng)認(rèn)識(shí)、防火防腐問(wèn)題和造價(jià)偏高、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)師的設(shè)計(jì)習(xí)慣等因素的影響,全鋼結(jié)構(gòu)房屋的應(yīng)用受到一定程度限制。某高烈度區(qū)高層停車樓,采用了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)偏心支撐(消能梁為鋼梁)+鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系,對(duì)其進(jìn)行靜力彈塑性推覆分析,表明這種混合體系有較好的抗震性能,對(duì)于高烈度區(qū)的多層或高度偏低的高層建筑,具有很好的適用性。

But by impact of traditional knowledge of the owners, fire anti-corrosion problems, the high cost, and the engineers' design habits and other factors, the application of all-steel-structural building has been somewhat limited. However, the system of steel eccentric bracing( the energy dissipation beam is steel) and reinforced concrete frame, which is applied in a high-rise parking building on the zone of high seismic precautionary intensity that through the static elastic-plastic Pushover analysis of wluch to reveal good seismic performance of this hybrid structural system, is proved to be very suitable for multi-storey or low-side high-rise buildings on such zone.
