[摘要] 對實際工程中遇到的隔層強連接結(jié)構(gòu)、底部剪力墻非對稱一半越層及上層隔墻明顯多于下層的情況，從抗震概念設(shè)計及計算模型的選定方面提出明確的設(shè)計建議和方法，并對抗震不利的關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件進(jìn)行了性能設(shè)計。

Abstract: A structure has stagger strong connection storey, asymmetric base shear wall arrangement with split floor and more partition walls on upper floor. The design recommendation and methods were provided based on seisrmc concept and computer model. The performance design was adopted for key seisrmc resistant components design.
