(中國建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院上海分院,上海 200120)[摘要] 公寓式辦公樓屬于超限結(jié)構(gòu),主要表現(xiàn)為平面凹凸不規(guī)則。運(yùn)用SATWE和MIDAS分別建立模型進(jìn)行了對比分析。對結(jié)構(gòu)在多遇地震,設(shè)防烈度地震,罕遇地震作用下的性能表現(xiàn)做了分析,結(jié)果都滿足規(guī)范的要求。同時(shí)提出了相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)措施,使結(jié)構(gòu)能實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期的性能目標(biāo)。

In contrast analysis of building, SATWE and MIDAS computer models were built. Structure performances under frequent earthquake, precautionary intensity earthquake and rare earthquake were analyzed, the results met the specification. Series of relevant were suggested to make sure the performance object can be well realized.
