[摘要] 針對(duì)福州某高層框筒結(jié)構(gòu)，提出了在眾值烈度和基本烈度情況下的抗震性能，闡述了在小震和中震情況下的設(shè)計(jì)要求。采用SATWE及MIDAS軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)在小震情況下進(jìn)行了計(jì)算，結(jié)果吻合較好。經(jīng)過對(duì)該結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析，結(jié)構(gòu)各主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)在小震作用下均滿足規(guī)范的要求，結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件在中震作用下可以滿足預(yù)期的抗震性能要求。并對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件抗震措施進(jìn)行了加強(qiáng)，可以保證結(jié)構(gòu)整體的安全性。

Seismic design onahigh-rise building in Fuzhou

Abstract: For some tall frame-core wall structure in Fuzhou, the seismic performance in the situation of multi-value intensity and basic intensity was put forward, the design requirements in the small earthquake and medium earthquake were elaborated. Calculation and analysis on the structure in small earthquake were done using SATWE and MIDAS software, and the results coincide well. The results of calculation and analysis show that the main technical indicators can meet the code requirements under the small earthquake, and key components can meet the expected seismic performance requirements under medium earthquakes. Key components are strengthened with seismic measures, which can guarantee the safety of structure.
