(中國建筑設(shè)計研究院上海分院,上海 200120)[摘要] 財富廣場采用鋼筋混凝土部分框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。采用基于性能的抗震設(shè)計方法,驗證不同水準下結(jié)構(gòu)及構(gòu)件的抗震性能,包括多遇地震彈性計算、彈性時程分析、設(shè)防烈度地震彈性及不屈服計算、罕遇地震分析。最后提出了相應(yīng)的設(shè)計措施,使結(jié)構(gòu)能實現(xiàn)預(yù)期的性能目標。

Performance based seismic design was used. Structure and component performance were verified under different levels, including elastic analysis under frequent earthquake, elastic time history analysis, un-yielding and elastic analysis under precautionary intensity earthquake, analysis of rare earthquake. Series of relevant were suggested to make sure the performacce object can be well realized.
