(中國建筑設計研究院上海分院,上海 200120)[摘要] 無錫深港國際A1地塊甲A寫字樓為鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結構。本工程高層塔樓部分存在樓板不連續(xù)、大懸挑、扭轉不規(guī)則、剛度突變等多項不規(guī)則類型。針對工程的上述特點,重點探討了結構布置、抗震性能設計目標、豎向地震作用、施工過程模擬等問題。通過靜力彈塑性分析找出結構的薄弱部位,并采取有針對性的抗震加強措施來實現(xiàn)結構的抗震性能目標,為類似工程提供借鑒。

The lugh-rise tower involves partially discontinuous floor, large cantilever, torsional irregularity larger stiffness mutation and a number ofirregular items. According to the characteristics of the project,the structure arrangement,performance-based seismic design and calculation analysis were discussed. By using Pushover analysis,the weak part of the structure was found and the corresponding measures were adopted. Provide a reference for similar engineering projects.
