[摘要] 深圳某高層住宅，結(jié)構(gòu)高度為99. 7m，采用部分框支剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系，屬平面和豎向均不規(guī)則的超限結(jié)構(gòu)。根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)設(shè)置各類構(gòu)件的性能目標(biāo)，通過(guò)中小震設(shè)計(jì)和大震復(fù)核的思路，尤其是樓板性能化設(shè)計(jì)，結(jié)果表明工程能滿足擬定的性能目標(biāo)。

Performance-based seisnuc design of aframe-supported structure in Shenzhen

Abstract: A partial frame-supported shear wall system is adopted in a residential high-rise building with a structural height of 99. 7m, which is irregular in the planar and vertical direction. Performance objectives of various components were set up according to structural characteristics. Based on the idea of frequent and medium earthquake desi~p and rare earthquake check, especially on performance-based design on the floor. The results show that the project can meet the proposed performance objectives.
