(深圳華森建筑與工程設(shè)計顧問有限公司,深圳 518054)[摘要] 主要介紹了帶轉(zhuǎn)換層超高層住宅項目的結(jié)構(gòu)布置、抗震計算分析及結(jié)構(gòu)概念設(shè)計。針對超高、高位轉(zhuǎn)換等超限特點,采用基于性能的抗震設(shè)計,經(jīng)多模型、多軟件的彈性比較分析及靜力彈塑性補充計算,保證設(shè)計能夠覆蓋結(jié)構(gòu)的各種實際受力狀態(tài)。同時對結(jié)構(gòu)的薄弱部位采取加強措施,使結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能滿足規(guī)范及性能目標的要求。

( Huasen Architectural &Engineering Designing Consultant Ltd., Shenzhen 518054, China)Abstract: The structure plan, the seismic analysis and the seismic fortification measures of Zhuhai century square project with transfer story was described. For the exceed-limit height and transfer story and so on, performance based seismic design was adopted. The elastic analysis of multi-models using different programs and the static elastic-plastic analysis were given to ensure all the potential states ofloading are enveloped. Some specific constructional measures were taken to reinforce the weak positions to assure the design meets the performance objectives.
