(奧雅納工程咨詢(上海)有限公司,上海 200031)[摘要] 介紹了上海某帶有薄弱層的超高層項目基于性能化的抗震設(shè)計。項目包括兩棟超過200m的塔樓和4層裙房及4層地下室,塔樓采用框架一核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)。重點介紹了其中一座超高塔樓的超限情況和基于性能的抗震設(shè)計目標及實現(xiàn),整體結(jié)構(gòu)采用通過彈性分析進行設(shè)計,并通過動力彈塑性時程分析進行復(fù)核設(shè)計。結(jié)果表明結(jié)構(gòu)體系是安全可行的,為此類結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計和應(yīng)用提供參考。

The project is composed of two towers lugher than 200m, podium with 4 storeys and basement with 4 storeys. Frame-core structure system is used in the towers. The seismic performance-based design of one out-of-codes tower was concentrated on. The global structure was designed as elastic in conventional earthquake and checked through time-history plastic and elastic analysis in rare occurrence earthquake. All the analysis results show the structure is safe, and can be taken as reference for similar structure design.
