［提要］ 通過真空預(yù)壓法加固地基的工程實(shí)踐，介紹了其設(shè)計(jì)、施工、監(jiān)測(cè)和檢測(cè)的主要內(nèi)容和所得到的真空預(yù)壓過程的監(jiān)測(cè)以及預(yù)壓之后的檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果。項(xiàng)目地處軟土地區(qū)，地基沉降尚未穩(wěn)定，屬欠固結(jié)土，工程上需要解決軟土地基變形問題，工程結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)要求是通過真空預(yù)壓處理地基，使得地基固結(jié)度達(dá)到90%以上。真空預(yù)
壓處理地基后，進(jìn)行大量現(xiàn)場(chǎng)土工試驗(yàn)和室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)，其數(shù)據(jù)和分析結(jié)果表明，真空預(yù)壓達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)所要求的工程目標(biāo)，在該地區(qū)值得推廣應(yīng)用。

Abstract:The main contents of design,construction and inspection are introduced through o
ne project and it provides the test results of vacuum preloading. Due to the fact that this industrial building is located in the Yangzi River area with soft soil, the major concern of foudation design is the settlement and deformation of the foundation, and the design aim is to improve the solidation of soil to above 90% by vaccum preloading. Some special construcion techniques and methods are adopted to ensure the success of the vacuum preloading. The field and indoor tests results show that the vacuum preloading has met the design requirements, and the method is worth to be spread in the area with soft soil.
