(SUNLAY DESIGN 三磊設計,北京 100048)[摘要] 目前在我國在抗震設防烈度8度及以上地區(qū)已建的高度超過200m的超高層復雜結構并不多見。寧夏萬豪大廈位于銀川市,銀川市地處8度抗震設防區(qū),地震分組為第二組。萬豪大廈主體結構是由五星級酒店和四星級酒店垂直疊加而成的一棟50層的復雜超高層建筑,主體高度216m,目前為寧夏自治區(qū)標志性建筑。本工程結構存在超高、大底盤、平面和豎向不規(guī)則、高位斜柱轉換等多項抗震不利因素,屬于超限復雜高層建筑結構。結構設計采用多種計算模型和計算程序對其進行反復分析和研究,并采取有針對性的抗震性能化設計及抗震措施。

Marriott building is located in Yinchuan, and Yinchuan is located in 8 degree seismic fortification areas for the second earthquake group. The main structure is a 50-story super high-rise complex building vertically congruences by five-star hotel and four-star hotel, the hight of main body is 216m. At present, Marriott building is the landmark buildings in Ningxia autonomous region. The seisnuc unfavorable factors of this structure is super high-rise building, big chassis, horizontal and vertical irregular, high conversion inclined columns switching, so this structure is a overrun complex high-rise building structure. Many kinds of calculation models and programs were carried out for the structural design, and targeted measures for seisnuc performance-based design were adopted.
