(中建國際(深圳)設(shè)計顧問有限公司,深圳 518048)[摘要] 卓越后海項目是存在多項超限、地面以上外框柱均為斜柱的超高層框架.核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)。首先確定了抗震性能目標(biāo)及設(shè)計方法,然后對結(jié)構(gòu)及構(gòu)件在小震、中震、大震作用下的抗震性能進(jìn)行了分析,并針對斜柱對結(jié)構(gòu)的影響進(jìn)行了分析,最后基于抗震性能分析結(jié)果及結(jié)構(gòu)特點有針對性地采取了抗震措施。通過一系列抗震性能分析與設(shè)計,提高了結(jié)構(gòu)安全性,實現(xiàn)了結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能目標(biāo)。

( China Construction( Shenzhen) Design International, Shenzhen 518048, China)Abstract: There are some cases out of code about a super lugh-rise building, Excellence Croup Houhai Project, which is a frame-core wall structure with allinclined columns above ground. Objectives and design methods of seismic performance were determined, and then the performance-based seismic analysis of the structure and elements was conducted under frequent earthquake, basic earthquake and rare earthquake. And analysis was taken on the effect of the structure caused by inclined columns. Finally, seisnuc measures were adopted based on results of analysis and structure characteristics. Through a series of performance-based seismic analysis and design, the structure safety is improved and its seismic performance objectives are realized.
