［提要］ 借鑒已有結構剩余壽命研究的成果，以損傷力學為基礎，從房屋結構損傷角度，結合近代建筑的特點，通過無損檢測、損傷參數(shù)的無損識別，將損傷參數(shù)和壽命評估有機地結合起來，建立了以損傷參數(shù)為核心的近代建筑剩余壽命預估公式，定量地給出了其剩余使用年限，并提出了結構維修后的使用壽命預測方法，對工程應用十分方便、實用。

Abstract:The remaining life formula of the neoteric architecture, whose core is damage parameter, is established, in which the feature of the neoteric architecture has been considered and the latest research achievements of structures remaining life are referred. The formula which predicts the remaining life of the neoteric architecture quantatively is very convenient in the applied engineering.
