帶裙房高層建筑的沉降縫設(shè)置探討

[提要] 高層建筑四周通常帶有低層裙房，因建筑使用功能上的需要，高層建筑主樓和裙房之間一般要求不設(shè)縫。本文針對(duì)現(xiàn)有高層建筑主樓和裙房基礎(chǔ)的設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)，總結(jié)主樓和裙房之間不設(shè)縫的基本情況和要求，以及軟土地基上主樓和裙房之間不設(shè)縫的可能性。

This paper studies the method of designing the foundation between main towers and podiums, and concludes the common ground and how to design the foundation between main towers and podiums, and finds the possibility of designing a unit foundation without settlement joints in soft clay.
