[提要] 針對與既有房屋協(xié)同工作的套建增層框架應(yīng)采用怎樣的設(shè)計(jì)原則這一問題,提出了應(yīng)根據(jù)既有房屋的質(zhì)量和使用要求,分別采取不同的設(shè)計(jì)原則和施工順序的觀點(diǎn)。針對與既有房屋協(xié)同工作的套建增層框架的不同工程條件和受力特點(diǎn),介紹了四種新舊結(jié)構(gòu)協(xié)同工作的連接構(gòu)造,闡述了套建增層框架節(jié)點(diǎn)上下柱端彎矩分配過程中應(yīng)注意的問題。以一個(gè)與既有房屋協(xié)同工作的套建增層框架為例,說明了將套建增層框架與既有房屋協(xié)同工作的優(yōu)越性。

Several Problems in Design of Outerjacketing Frame Structure Working Harmonious with the Original Building/Zhang Haoyu,Zheng Wenzhong(School of Civil Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150090, China)
Abstract:For the problem that what principle should be adopted in design of the outerjacketing frame structure working harmonious with the original building, the viewpoint is put forward that different design principles and construction sequences should be adopted according to the quality of the original building and the requirements of the original building's owner. In view of different working conditions of the outerjacketing frame structures, connection construction between the outerjacketing frame structure and the original building is introduced. In consideration of the mechanic behaviors of the outerjacketing frame structures,noteworthy problems during calculating moment distribution at the end of top column and bottom column in frame joint are presented. Seismic response of an example of an outerjacketing structure is analyzed to explain the superiority of th
