考慮橋式吊車作用的網(wǎng)架結構的研究

[提要] 利用研制的程序(IFSA)就橋式吊車及其它荷載作用下的屋蓋網(wǎng)架與框架柱共同工作時的內力、位移等問題進行了研究和探討,得出了橋式吊車荷載對整個廠房結構的影響范圍及大小。結合某造船車間的網(wǎng)架結構設計,對該結構在不同荷載作用下,按傳統(tǒng)的平面結構體系、網(wǎng)架與柱鉸接和網(wǎng)參與柱剛接按空間結構體系三種不同方案進行了分析比較,證明了該類結構按空間體系計算的合理性和可行性。
[關鍵詞] 網(wǎng)架 共同工作 橋式吊車 內力 位移In this paper, IFSA programme is employed to study the internal force and displacement when the roofing grid and frame column under the effect of bridge crane and other loads work together. The scope and size of the impact of the bridge crane on the whole workshop structure are calculated. Combined with the design of grid structure of a shipyard workshop, the structure under different loading impacts are analysed.
