[提要] 在七層框架結(jié)構(gòu)辦公樓的整體平移設(shè)計中,大軸力框架柱托換體系設(shè)計、大承載能力滾軸設(shè)計和行走基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計是三項關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容。通過試驗研究得到框架柱托換體系的破壞形態(tài),并以界面初始滑移前的抗沖切承載力作為托換承載力設(shè)計值,使托換體系具有一定的安全儲備;利用鋼管聚合物混凝土作為建筑物移動的滾軸,不僅有高承載力和滾動能力,還具有很好的彈性變形性能,使?jié)L軸受力均勻;在框架柱的行走軌跡下增設(shè)過渡樁和行走基礎(chǔ)梁,使結(jié)構(gòu)移動中不均勻沉降減小,同時將原一柱一樁設(shè)計改為樁條形基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計。通過以上設(shè)計保證了移樓工程的順利進行,也為小高層平移提供了技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。

Monolithic Translation Design of a Sevenstorey Office Building of Frame Construction/

Abstract:There are three key issues in the monolithic translation of a sevenstoried office building of frame construction, including the designs of frame column underpin system, highperformance roller and translation foundation.The punching shear bearing capacity of the underpin system was obtained through experimental investigations. And the experiment results show that setting punching shear bearing capacity before interface initial slip as the design value of underpin capacity had some safe storage.Using steel pipe epoxy resin concrete as the translation roller of the structure has high bearing capacity and rolling ca
pacity and good elastic deformation property, which suffered uniform power. Designs of translation pile and translation foundation beam under the walking locus made the differential settlement small in the movement of the structure.The design of the
previous one column and one pile to the design of pilestrip foundation.
