［提要］ 高層建筑的改造加固有其本身特有的特點(diǎn)，不能簡(jiǎn)單地套用多層建筑加固改造的方法，而應(yīng)結(jié)合現(xiàn)行的高層建筑設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范和工程的特點(diǎn)，采用不同的加固方法。結(jié)合高層建筑加固改造設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐，討論了高層建筑加固改造設(shè)計(jì)中遇到的一些設(shè)計(jì)原則、結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算、結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)造等具體問題，并針對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件的特點(diǎn)提出了具體、合理的加固構(gòu)造做法，供工程設(shè)計(jì)人員參考。

Abstract:There are special characters of the rehabilitation and strengthening design of h
ighrise building.The same means used in the rehabilitation and strengthening design of tier building cannt be used to highrise building and different means must be found based on the current code of highrisebuilding.Based on the questions met in the practice of rehabilitation and strengthening design of highrise building，the design principle, calculation method and structural construction measures in the rehabilitation and strengthening design of highrise building are discussed. The ideas and structural details are presented, which can provide reference to structure engineers.
