[提要] 某3層框架結(jié)構(gòu)工業(yè)廠房,因使用功能改變,要求加層改造為6層框架結(jié)構(gòu)的學生公寓。對結(jié)構(gòu)直接進行加層需要解決的問題有:部分框架柱軸壓比超限,部分框架梁配筋不能滿足使用要求,部分層間位移超過抗震規(guī)范規(guī)定限值等。為此進行了房屋的質(zhì)量檢測、鑒定和結(jié)構(gòu)加固前后的分析,依據(jù)現(xiàn)行抗震規(guī)范完成了工程的改造和抗震加固設(shè)計,取得了良好的效果,也為舊廠房的改造提供了經(jīng)驗。

Abstract:Because of the change of functions, a threestorey frame industrial workshop is reconstructed to a sixstory frame structure building used as student apartment. There may be some problems when inserting layers directly, for instance, the axial compression ratios of some frame columns will be out of the limit, the longitudinal reinforcement ratios of frame beams will be less than the service level,and some storeies drift will be out of the limit of seismic design code. Based on the analysis of the structure before and after strengthening, the effect of the seismic strengtheming design is favorable.
