[提要] 由于建筑改變了使用功能要求,某工程裙房頂層的一根框架柱需要拆除。在抽柱改造中應用了預應力鋼筋混凝土桁架加固體系。采用主動受力方式,有效地解決了改造加固過程中加固體系應力滯后和結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件二次受力和二次變形等問題。經(jīng)過兩年多的使用驗證,改造加固效果良好。

Prestressed Concrete Truss in Column Pulling Reconstructed Application/Huang Yongcun(Jilin Province Architecture Design Ltd.,No.2 Department,Changchun 130051,China)Abstract:Because of building functional requirment,one column on the top floor is needed
to be demolited. Prestressed concrete truss strengthening system was used in concrete beams beside demoliting column. The prestressed concrete structural element force method is used in the strengthening system.According to active force method, the problem of stress lag behind and the structural element change shape second time are solved. After two years application, reconstructed reinforcing effect has been proved very well.
