[提要] 針對(duì)受腐蝕多層混凝土框架改變其使用功能的特點(diǎn),利用“反算法”反推出上部結(jié)構(gòu)的可承受荷載,以滿足地基基礎(chǔ)的承載力;結(jié)構(gòu)加固中,柱優(yōu)先采用加大截面法,梁采用綜合加固法,板采用體外預(yù)應(yīng)力法。正常使用一年后進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)測(cè)試,構(gòu)件工作性能表現(xiàn)良好,證明所采用的加固設(shè)計(jì)方案有效。

Analysis of Reconstruction and Strengthening Design for a Corroded Multistory RC Frame/

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of a corroded multistory RC frame with changed function, the inverted analysis method is used to optimize loads applied on the upstructures so as to satisfy bearing capacities of the foundation. Section increasing method is given priority to apply to the corroded columns, and then the comprehensive method to the beams, external prestressing method to the slabs. Oneyear sound service and test prove that all members are in good performance and the design program is favorable.
