【提要】 對多項網(wǎng)架結構工程中多種規(guī)格的封板、錐頭與鋼管對接焊縫的抗拉試件承載力檢驗發(fā)現(xiàn),相當多的試件是高強度螺栓破壞,被連接的鋼管桿件及焊縫完好,原因是高強度螺栓連接件的承載力小于被連接桿件的,不符合“強節(jié)點弱桿件”的設計原則??煽慷确治霰砻?,試件發(fā)生螺栓破壞時的可靠指標低于螺栓未破壞時的;相連接的鋼管桿件未破壞的可靠度高于鋼管桿件破壞的可靠度。分析結果與統(tǒng)計結果完全一致。

Bolted Spherical Joint Multigrids Connection Bearing Capacity and Structure Design Principle/Yi Xianren(Department of Engineering Structure and Mechanics,Wuhan University of Technology,Wuhan 430070,China)
Abstract:Through the examinations of the weld bearing capacity between the boards,drills and pipes in many kinds of specifications in the project of multigrids structure,it is found that the destruction always occurs at the highintensity bolts. As the highintensity joint,the bearing capacity of connection is less than that of pipes,so it doesn't meet the principle of “strong nodes,weak levers”.The analysis of reliability degree indicates that the reliability index of the destroyed pipes is lower than the bolts which isnt destroyed,and the reliability index of the joint pipes which isnt destroyed is higher than the destroyed pipes.The results of analysis accord with the statistic ones.
