【提要】對(duì)目前在國(guó)內(nèi)外引起廣泛關(guān)注的大跨度空間索承網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了成形即預(yù)應(yīng)力張拉階段的試驗(yàn)研究。介紹了索承網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的連接方式、施工方法、張拉過(guò)程及其數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算,并按模擬計(jì)算工序和參數(shù)建立了索承網(wǎng)殼試驗(yàn)?zāi)P汀?shí)施操作與測(cè)試結(jié)果證明了逐環(huán)拼裝張拉成形的施工方法和施工張拉順序的可行性。與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的比較表明,用循環(huán)前進(jìn)分析方法進(jìn)行施工全過(guò)程仿真分析是適用的,對(duì)正確建立索承網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)理論及工程應(yīng)用具有指導(dǎo)意義。

Experimental Research of Form Finding on Cablesupported Lattice Shell Structures/Li Yongmei,Zhang Yigang,Liu Jia(College of Civil Engineering and Architecture,Beijing University of Technology,Beijing 100022,China)
Abstract:A model experimental research of the stage of form finding(namely prestressing)for the cablesupported lattice shell structure,which is widely paid attention to in the world,is carried out. The connection,construction,prestressing process and numerical simulating for the cablesupported lattice shell structure are introduced respectively. According to the procedure and parameters in simulating,a model of the cablesupported lattice shell structure is made. The feasibility on the assemblyprestressing form finding method loop by loop is testified. Calculating model by means of the cycleforward analysismethod for construction is established and numerical simulation performed,which gives good agreement with the test results. It will be helpful for design and construction of similar cablesupported lattice shell structures.
