胎架摩擦力和施工張拉次序?qū)埾伊航Y(jié)構(gòu)成形的影響

【提要】 對張弦梁結(jié)構(gòu)施工張拉過程中胎架摩擦力和施工張拉次序?qū)ζ涑尚蔚挠绊戇M行了分析研究。結(jié)合實際施工過程,建立計算模型,利用自行編制的非線性有限元程序計算分析。分析發(fā)現(xiàn),結(jié)構(gòu)與胎架之間的摩擦力對結(jié)構(gòu)脫架時的狀態(tài)影響不大,對結(jié)構(gòu)初始狀態(tài)的形態(tài)影響更小。在施工中的放樣應(yīng)采用零狀態(tài)幾何,應(yīng)精確控制索段的下料長度,嚴格控制結(jié)構(gòu)的整體變形。

Impact of Friction Force Between Beam String Structure and Tension Bed and Beam Tension Sequece on Forming of System/Zhao Xianbo,Ye Jihong(College of Civil Engineering,Southeast University,Nanjing 210096,China)
Abstract:For a beam string structure,the impact of the friction force between the structure and its tension bed and the tension sequence on the forming of the system is studied. The model is proposed based on the reallife construction. A nonlinear finite element program is developed. Conclusions are obtained and can be applied in design and construction.In construction,the member length should be determined exactly,and the deformation of structure should be controlled strickly.
