(天津大學(xué)建工學(xué)院 300072)[提要] 方鋼管混凝土柱-H型鋼梁節(jié)點的結(jié)構(gòu)性能影響鋼管混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)在住宅建筑中的推廣和應(yīng)用。在總結(jié)方鋼管混凝土柱-H型鋼梁鉸接、半剛接和剛接節(jié)點類型的基礎(chǔ)上,對目前常用的內(nèi)隔板節(jié)點和新提出的外肋環(huán)板節(jié)點進(jìn)行了理論分析與試驗研究?;谇€理論推導(dǎo)了內(nèi)隔板節(jié)點強(qiáng)度的計算公式,提出了基于靜力平衡理論的外肋環(huán)板節(jié)點的強(qiáng)度計算公式。結(jié)合工程實踐對這兩種節(jié)點進(jìn)行了靜力拉伸試驗,分析了節(jié)點的破壞機(jī)制。借助于試件的應(yīng)變測量,研究了節(jié)點的應(yīng)變分布規(guī)律和應(yīng)力傳遞機(jī)制,得到了荷載位移曲線、節(jié)點的屈服強(qiáng)度和極限強(qiáng)度。理論計算結(jié)果與試驗值分析比較表明,填充混凝土的內(nèi)隔板節(jié)點和外肋環(huán)板節(jié)點具有較好的剛度和延性。

On the basis of summarizing types of CFRT column H-shaped steel beam connection such as hinged joints, semi-rigid joints and rigid joints, theoretical and experinental studies on the behavior of this connections, including currently popular connecticn type-inner diaphragm joints and newly proposed connection type-vertical stiffener joints are presented. The yield mechanism lines theory is employed to study the strength of inner diaphragm joint, and calculating formula based on the balance of static forces is presented for vertical stiffener joint strength. Acccrding to practice of project, static tensile tests are performed on the two connection types and the constructive mechanisms are analyzed In the presence of the measurement values of the strains on the specimens, strain distribution regulariies and stress transfer mechanism are studied and the load-displacement cure of the joints are obtained, as well as the yield strength and the ultinate strength. Calculated results based on the proposed calculating theory are ccmpared with experimental data, and it indicates that both joints filled with concrete have preferable stiffiess and ductility.
