［摘要］合銀廣場為2001年建成的超B級高度建筑，主體完工后一直未投入使用，現(xiàn)應(yīng)業(yè)主要求進(jìn)行改造及補(bǔ)強(qiáng)。對其進(jìn)行了整體計(jì)算、構(gòu)造檢查、承載力核查及結(jié)構(gòu)的補(bǔ)強(qiáng)及改造等工作，著重介紹了對連接框架柱及核心筒的框架梁分別進(jìn)行的豎向荷載作用下的彎矩調(diào)幅及沉降差引起的彎矩調(diào)幅的方法。結(jié)果表明，結(jié)構(gòu)整體設(shè)計(jì)滿足規(guī)范要求，采用新工藝、新方法對構(gòu)件進(jìn)行補(bǔ)強(qiáng)及改造取得了良好的效果。［關(guān)鍵詞］超高層建筑；整體計(jì)算；抗震構(gòu)造；彎矩調(diào)幅；改造；加固中圖分類號：TUP73.17, TU375.05文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼：A文章編號：1002-848X(2012)06-0099-04Renovation and reinforcement design of Heyin PlazaLuo Qin, Zhou Ding, Peng Huanjia, Fu Zhiliang, Xiong Yong（Guangzhou Design Institute, Guangzhou 510620, China）Abstract: Heyin Plaza is a super high-rise building exceeding the B grade height, which was completed in 2001. It has not formally put into use after the completion of the main structure. Reform and reinforcement were carried out according to the requirements of the owner. Overall calculation, check-out of detailing measures and loading capacity, structural reinforcement and reform were illustrated. The results indicate that the whole design meets the requirements of codes.
