[摘要]工程主體結(jié)構(gòu)高188.5m,采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu),屬于超限高層建筑,存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則和樓板局部不連續(xù)。設(shè)計中采用基于性能的抗震設(shè)計方法,抗震性能目標為C級。采用SATWE和ETABS兩種軟件進行小震彈性、中震彈性和中震不屈服分析,并采用SAP2000進行罕遇地震作用下的動力彈塑性分析。計算結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)的層間位移角、扭轉(zhuǎn)位移比等各項控制性指標均滿足規(guī)范的相關(guān)要求,采取的抗震加強措施是有效的,結(jié)構(gòu)整體及各構(gòu)件的抗震性能均可達到預(yù)期的抗震性能目標。[關(guān)鍵詞]彈性分析;彈塑性分析;基于性能的抗震設(shè)計中圖分類號:TU398.7文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1002-848X(2012)06-0091-04Performance-based seismic design on hotel of Guangzhou Songri headquarters buildingTang Hua, Zhou Ding, Wang Songfan(Guangzhou Design Institute, Guangzhou 510620, China)Abstract: The project is a reinforced concrete frame-core tube building with a height of 188.5 meters, which exceeds the design limit. The plan is irregular taking into account torsion and the slab is not continuous in local parts. The PBD (performance-based design) method was used and the performance goal was set as level C. The building was analyzed with SATWE and ETABS under minor earthquake and moderate earthquake respectively. And the dynamic nonlinear analysis of the building under major earthquake was carried out by SAP2000. The results show that the inter storey drifts and torsional angle ratio, as well as other indicators can satisfy the code requirements. The adopted strengthening measures are effective.
