［摘要］廣州天河城東塔樓位于天河區(qū)CBD核心，1996年施工完成地上層1后停工。2002年根據(jù)調(diào)整后的建筑方案重新進行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，新設(shè)計的塔樓共45層，高184.2m，為超高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)。為了充分利用已有結(jié)構(gòu)，對樁基礎(chǔ)進行了復核后設(shè)計成樁筏基礎(chǔ)，并對地下室結(jié)構(gòu)進行了補強。還介紹了東塔樓上部結(jié)構(gòu)布置及選型、高位轉(zhuǎn)換梁、結(jié)構(gòu)超限所采用的結(jié)構(gòu)措施以及超長結(jié)構(gòu)澆筑措施。［關(guān)鍵詞］混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計；超高層建筑；高位轉(zhuǎn)換梁; 超長結(jié)構(gòu)措施; 結(jié)構(gòu)補強措施中圖分類號：TU398 7文獻標識碼：A文章編號：1002-848X(2012)06-0073-04Structural design of Guangzhou Teemall east towerGao Yubin, Zhou Ding (Guangzhou Design Institute, Guangzhou 510620, China)Abstract: Guangzhou Teemall east tower is located in the center of Tianhe CBD and was suspended after the first floor was constructed in 1996. In 2002, a 184.2m height new design came out, and the super tall building is with 45 stories. After redesigning, the pile foundation was changed to pile-mat foundation and underground structure was strengthened for the maximum utilizing of existing structure.
